What To Expect
Athletes should expect to be in a fun environment but high volume training to improve their skills. Training camps will push athletes to the next level and progressively improve their technique, health, speed, and overall athleticism.
What to bring
Athletes need to bring: water snack/food proper running shoes Spikes (if they have one) Sunscreen (if needed)
Our goal is to provide a positive and instrumental learning experience for all in a structured, enthusiastic, and fun environments.
